Processing Time

All orders are processed and sent to production within 2–4 business days. Each piece is made-to-order through our trusted global fulfillment partners to ensure premium quality and care.

Where We Ship

Mr. Tuanix proudly ships worldwide to select countries. We currently ship to:
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Austria, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Spain, and Italy.

If your country is not listed, unfortunately, we cannot ship there at this time.

Shipping Times

United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
Europe (UK, Germany, France, Austria, Netherlands, Nordics, Spain, Italy): 7–15 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
Japan & South Korea: 7–15 business days
Mexico: 10–20 business days

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Delays

Circumstances beyond our control (holidays, natural events, customs inspections, etc.) may cause unexpected delays. While most orders arrive on time, delivery times are not guaranteed as carriers may experience disruptions.

Wrong Address Policy

If you entered the wrong address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@mrtuanix.com. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already entered production or shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at info@mrtuanix.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged/incorrect product

We’ll send a replacement free of charge.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production may already be in process and cancellation may not be possible.
