30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Items must include original packaging or tags (if applicable).

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Note: For hygiene reasons, certain accessories (such as headwear) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Return Shipping Costs

United States Orders: Returns are free of charge. We provide a prepaid return label for eligible items.

International Orders: At this time, we do not cover international return shipping costs. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@mrtuanix.com.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong size/design. For other cases, please request a return and place a new order.
